INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

International Shipping Costs

We ship worldwide. Shipping is based on the dimensions, weight and destination of your parcel. Send us these details via the "Calculate Shipping" form below and we will quote the costs, anticipated shipping times and duties you can expect on your order. International shipping takes 3 - 14 working days depending on your location.

LOCAL (SOUTH AFRICAN) SHIPPING INFORMATION

Local Shipping Costs

The shipping costs on Oil Paintings and Evoque Collection Prints are calculated based on the dimensions, weight and destination of your parcel. Send us these details via the "Calculate Shipping" form below and we will quote the costs you can expect on your order. Local shipping to major centers within South Africa is done via overnight couriers and should reach you by the next morning. Some outlying areas will take a day longer for delivery.

Shipping times

Original art works and Evoque Collection Prints need to be crated and usually ship within 3 - 5 working days (unless otherwise specified). Classic Prints held in stock ship the next day. Out of stock items ship within 1- 5 working days.

Standard Local Rates

Books, CD's and products (excluding all art works) are sent regular mail free of charge.

Courier charges of R100 per order apply to overnight deliveries on books, CD's and products (excluding all art works).

All art works are couriered and need to be calculated per order.

Items can be collected from the Pretoria Studio at no charge - by appointment only.

Digital products are downloaded without extra charge.

SHIPPING RATES & POLICY

Shipping policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, the regular processing time for orders of in-stock items is 1 to 2 working days. Order status will be sent to you via e-mail once the product has shipped. This will include your Order Number which you are to keep for future reference until the product has been delivered.

Except for orders where shipping is free or services have been waivered, all orders placed on this website will be shipped by means of courier services. Shipping costs depend on the items purchased, the delivery address and the delivery options selected by the customer during check out.

Waivering shipping services

Clients may chose to purchase items without delivery. When “No Shipping” is selected the order will be processed without adding delivery charges. LeneArtStudio.com takes absolutely no responsibility for the delivery of these goods whatsoever. This facility is included strictly for clients who choose to collect their products in person from the studio in Pretoria. All responsibility for such collections falls on the client. Collection address and telephone numbers will be e-mailed to the client in order to make arrangements for such collections.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated according to the product’s size, weight and delivery address.

World Wide Shipping

Shipping is done door to door and a physical delivery address and contact person’s number will need to be supplied by the recipient.

All orders placed on LeneArtStudio.com will be shipped from the Studio based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South African. These shipments are made in accordance with a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. The client, and or chosen recipient, is responsible for all local import duties and sundry charges which may occur due to your local national laws.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by LeneArtStudio.com is subject to availability. However all out of stock items can be manufactured on demand if necessary. In the unforeseen event that a stock item cannot be manufactured (or if the original painting is already sold or a limited edition print run is sold out), LeneArtStudio.com will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 25% administration fee.

All stock is shipped from LeneArtStudio.com and/or representative fulfillment center in pristine condition. Great care is taken to ensure that products are sufficiently packed and handling instructions are sent with the parcel for the recipient. In the unlikely event that goods should arrive already having been damaged, the following policy will be followed:

For original oil paintings

The client may return the painting (at their own cost) and every attempt will be made to restore the work to its original condition. If this is possible it will be reshipped to the client (at no further charge). If restoration is not possible the client will be refunded the full purchase price within 30 days. The client may also request a commissioned work to replace the damaged one, this option must be negotiated in person with the artist since each case provides differing limitations.

For all other physical products (except original oil paintings) sold on this website

The client may return the product (at their own cost) within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Upon arrival at LeneArtStudio.com it will be inspected, replaced and the new product/s will be shipped back to the client (at no further charge).

In the general interests of every user, our site is subject to certain terms and conditions. If you visit or shop at our store, LeneArtStudio.com, you are choosing to accept these conditions, so please read them carefully. Please note that our Shipping Rates and Policy also form part of the Terms and Conditions of this website.

Customer privacy policy

LeneArtStudio.com shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For your protection no information will be given out or sold under any circumstances. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via PayPal or by Electronic Transfer into Lené Pienaar's bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

LeneArtStudio.com takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. LeneArtStudio.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders in our sole discretion. LeneArtStudio.com attempts to keep the information on this website as up to date, complete and accurate as possible. We do not however, take legal responsibility for errors found on the site. Should your product not be satisfactory on arrival, your only remedy is to return it in unused and undamaged condition within 48 hours of receipt.
